If you have fewer than 10 users, the Professional plan ($25/mo) gives you full platform access in a shared environment.
Can I start on a Personal plan and upgrade to a Business plan later?+

Every HATZ plan includes a monthly credit pool. Starter and Professional plans include 15,000 credits/mo (~300–500 conversations depending on model and complexity). Team and Managed plans include 25,000 credits/user/month (~500–750 conversations per user). The platform shows the cost tier of every model (Low / Medium / High) before you send a message, so you always know what you're spending. Credits reset monthly.
Can I switch between Platform and Managed Service?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's included in onsite training?
Managed Service includes one full-day (8 hours) onsite training session per year, customized to your workflows and team needs. Larger deployments include quarterly onsite training (4x per year) — ask us about this when you book your intro call.
